It's a shame his life fell apart so publicly and he experienced such turmoil, as he was one of the funniest and most endearing figures on British TV, imo.
can we alt least use the correct word "homosexual" it really pizzes me off that the word gay has been hijacked by these people.

You can't change from being gay to being straight, You are what you are. I don't think he should be on out screens,not because of what he may or may not have done, but because he's s**t IMHO
He could be bisexual all along but he might just be doing this because he loves the attention that such a headline is generating, and also because he is desperate to regain the fame, popularity, and career that he once had.

Moreover, if he had been a lorry-driver, supermarket manager or groundsman, then there would have been no questions asked about his returning to his job. So why do people have problems with him returning to the screen?
