Virgin Email Update 'Fix My Emai' email

Anyone on Virgin BB had this email?
I've clicked 'fix my email' and nothing seems to happen, I just get a blank page, or the page takes an age to load and then there is a white page.
No help on the Virgin site.

Yes, it's stupid isn't it? First they tell you that the fix tool only works in IE, so then I load the page in IE only to see the disclaimer that it doesn't work at all for Windows 7. So then I click the "manual instructions" only to find that the link doesn't work. Oh what a lovely bunch of coconuts...

Very frustrating. Good to know I'm not the only one struggling with it.

Me too, driving me crazy!!! As you say, blank pages, I cannot access O.E. at all, loads to 16% then just sits there. I tried IE as Mobius mentioned, got 37 e.mails(opened ones) transferred from O.E. + 23spam, don't know where THEY had been hiding. Cannot get onto the 'help' page on Virgin either. Some up-grade is all I can say - pathetic!
