Congestion charge

I have an appointment in Shepherd's Bush, London on Sunday, 30 May.
I would like to know if this area is within the congestion charge zone and, if so, does the cc apply on a Sunday?

No congestion charge at the weekend.

I don't think Shepherds is in the zone but you may have to cross it to get there, but in this case it doesn't count
