Painting IKEA Mammut Furniture

Hi,

Could anyone advise if I can paint this type of furniture?

The material type is below.

Also wondering if anyone can advise if I require a special type of paint?

Basematerial: Particleboard, Foil, Foil
Back panel/ Drawer bottom/ Frame: Fibreboard, Acrylic paint
Handle: High-impact polystyrene plastic

You can pretty much paint anything as long as you start with the right primer.
Zinsser Bullseye is a good all-rounder ......... plastic guttering uPVC board, uPVC windows etc

So basically your saying that the furniture materials I've listed are 'plastic'?

So I'd need a primer for plastic?

Not necessarily fd ................. I was just giving you a link to a whole range of primers .......... there's usually one in there to suit.
