Father Lewis was convicted this morning in a N Ireland court of abusing three sisters over a period of 10 years. He is to be sentenced after 'reports are considered'. How long should he get?

I probably shouldn't say this - but this sounds suspiciously like the beginnings of a joke to me - are we supposed to come up with a punchline - something to do with his 'length' ???

I could be wrong, in which case, sorry :-(

What are the facts. Were the sisters children or adults? Abuse?? ......sexual, mental?

Sounds like the vigilante lynch mobs are gathering.

McMouse, He was convicted this morning in a court of law. So hardly a lynch mob gathering. The facts are these. He befriended a family and then proceeded to sexually abuse three small girls over a time span of ten years.
There was also a claim that he had raped one of the girls some time later when she was a young woman sent to him for counselling. This happened outside the UK jurisdiction, in Eire, so this charge was not dealt with.

Oh - sandy - now I feel awful. The reason I thought this might be a joke is that I mistook the word 'sisters' for Nuns....

3 young girl siblings - systematically and malice aforethought. Defrock him, lock him away and throw away the key.

Defrock him? Nooo, that's to easily done. Castrate him and pull out each of his fingers and toes nails with a pliers in the publics' eyes.
