Struggling this week, if someone can help me with this long one it may get me started again! 14/16a, Do sosme personal shopping (a la Brenda) at M & S say, say, with a nitwit's mad panic; 3,4,8,2,1,5, and the only leter I have is a in the one-letter word! (Brenda is the Eye's name for the Queen) Thanks as usual for any assistance.

I sympathise - it did seem more tricky than usual - the bottom left hand corner had me stumped for ages. All done now however.
