No this isn't an advert - I happen to have purchased some equipment from them on-line and it's a no-show. I've tried all of their phone numbers and they're all dead. I know this isn't or wasn't a bogus company because I had bought from them before. Now the on-line ordering has 'obviously' taken my money but I haven't received the goods and I can't get in touch.

And a note to squarebear - I have been a member of this site for more than long enough to know their are despicable people who use their 'questions' to advertise their wares/services but that doesn't mean that you should automatically assume that is the case every time!

Apologies accepted, now it seems I have to make a trip to my bank and hope they can sort it out seeing as it was paid by card - it just depends whether I have the 'right' card I suppose.

I did go to their track order link and it did indeed say that the items had been dispatched on Thursday. They quote next day delivery but with the weather being what it is I wasn't too bothered when it hadn't turned up. The alarm bells started ringing today when I tried their phone numbers and got nothing but a disconnected tone.

I have also had the run around from this company i ordered items listed as in stock next day delivery.

I have been getting my oder in part shipments and so far have recieved aprox 300 pounds worth out od 1340 pounds worth of order of 28th Jan 2010.

I am awaiting a reelbox avantguard ii and keep getting promised it next day.

I today recieved an item broken in shipping and tried to contact them by phone and email numerous times and failed but the phone did ring and go to voice mail.

They did not respond.

Update i have noticed the item i recieved today was not the jaeger 6600 i ordered but one half the price a VBOX 2

I bought from satonline>co.uk an satellite receiver in April,2010,and I did not get it,I tried by email and phone to ask for receiver or to get a refund but the company took my money.I think they are expert to steal money from customers.Zoltan
