Thanks d0gsb0dy, you're right, my head's in the clouds.  It's always a relief when I've got an answer for every question, even if some of them turn out to be wrong!

I'm so jealous! (and gob-smacked). Just one question... Did you get all your answers using Google? I think I might have to resort to the library.

I use the internet to research my answers, but my husband uses reference books, of which we have quite a collection now.

I use Google but I also use Copernic, found an answer on there which I couldn't find on Google.
