70s Comedy Series

Looking for the 1970s tv comedy series about a grown up man still tied to his mother's apron strings. It has the same title (in English) as an internationally successful South American film released in 2001.

Thanks Ethel but I believe Sorry to have been made in the 1980s. Similar to Now Look Here (70s) which eventually had a spin off Prince of Denmark but can't attach any of these to the SA film of 2001.

Unfortunately that was 1981-86.

The South American film could be "Y tu mam� tambi�n" (which translates to "and your mother too"), though I can't think of a sitcom that matches!

Kempie, thank you. I was working on "My Son Reuben" starring Bernard Spear as a Jewish boy tied to his mothers apron strings but couldn't come up with a South American film with the same title.
