I've been looking for this jacket in a size 36:

It's now completely sold out on the website and none of the stores have them in stock.

Does anyone on here have one for sale or know of anyone who does?

You should go into your local topman and ask them to try and call customer services for you and see when they will be getting more in. I work in topshop/topman and i have done this a few times for items that a customer really wants, or theres always the contact us sections on the website and just send them an email and they should get back to you pretty quickly, ive done it with items ive seen on the topshop websites and they have always given me a good clear answer.
