For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.the best diet is to cut out carbohidrates and eat proteing and plenty of water. check the labels of food if it has over 6grams carbs per 100 grams dont touch it!!! its really restrictive but if adhered to a good method. i lost 3 to inches of my waist in 2 weeks. even better you do not have to do any exercise or take any pills. its not wise to stay on the diet for ever as you need a mix of protein and carbohidrate but it is good to cut down your intake of carbs and sugar. once you have lost the weight you want to then you can have carbs during the week. on this diet vodka, whisky and brandy are completely free!!! and dry white wine isnt too bad so if you go out for a night you can still drink just try to choose a low carb mixer for instance have vodka lime and soda. minimal lime shouldnt throw you off to much. good luck
You can reduce your weight now in easy way.Do you want to reduce weight.So, don't worry.It may happen in a simplest way.Best way is do exercise and take food properly.One of my friends had a heavy weight.But now she is slim.You can tell how can this happen.Nothing but she took food nicely and did exercise regularly.After that she now acquire good and healthy figure.Till now she maintains all this things.If you want to reduce your weight very fast then you can use pills.But i think exercise is better than pills.
