I jsut went to get dressed and now ym shirt is stuck and i need toget it off quick before my mum gets back and laughs.

My muscles must have grown since i last wore it and because of the way i flexed toget it on it would go on but because i must have to slightly tense to take it off, it won't come off. Is there a way of getting it off myself!
