Holiday Feet

Does your feet give you problems on holiday, just returned from a sun soaked holiday and my feet have been swollen and heavy unable to wear all the trendy sandals! Watched others dancing and my two feet were like lumps of lead!

Mine swelled up too. I think it was the flight that did it.

9 hours stuck on a plane to Miami.

only hasd this problem when went to america and was pg at the time.

as ummmm said,put your feet up and chill for a few days.mind you thts prob after the washing is dont.

They are evil on the plane. I get restless legs and feet a lot anyway but get me on a plane they go into overdrive and they just drive me mad, guessing the pressure or something.

I have arthritis too and so if it's really hot and I do a lot of walking they all swell up, soo not attractive haha :) I make sure I get them as cool as possible and keep them up for a while and they sort themselves out.
