Has revealed that there are a disproportionate number of men with a very small penis, which is causing serious disappointment for the female population. In order to alleviate the disappointment, those affected are being requested to purchase a white flag with a red cross of St George and display it prominently on the roof of their car. To acknowledge their openness, on seeing one of these flags so displayed, females are asked to crook their little finger and wiggle it up and down to show their sympathy for the condition.
