finding an american ancestor's surname
3 Answers
can anyone help? My great great uncle Edgar Reney McMullen moved to America and was naturalised in 1929. I know from his naturalisation papers that he married on 23/04/1926 in Portland, Oregon. His wife's name was Cecil, she was born on 29/04/1900 in Madison, Indiana, but I can't find either their marriage certificate or her birth certificate to find her surname. I've exhaused everything on Ancestry, does anyone know any other way I can get this info? thanks!

Plus her husbands death details.
