Thanks all - Extra could be right for 19d - bit part actor but don't know where Park fits then..?

re 18a - the second E comes from usEless (clue: to economise is of no avail = use
less) and the T at the end comes from sTymie (clue: I set my allotment to hinder golfers = anag of I set my)
Happy to be wrong on what I have already, if you can suggest better! If EXTRA is right then I have REE?E?T now.
