I bought a tin of this for the first time. On the Carnation site, Phil Vickery shows how to make banoffee pie, but i hate bananas. Does anyone know of a recipe using Carnation Carmel with other fruit ?

A friend of mine makes 'appleoffee pie' by replacing the bananas
with cooked apples.

No fruit but I can supply a chocolate muffin recipe using carnation caramel....

Thanks Bushbaby, I found all the recipes I had missed before ! I will have to buy more tins of Carnation Caramel !!
I make my own my putting unopened tin of condensed milk into a saucepan of water and boiling for 2 hours. Open very carefully . It's lush.
Sacreligious! I absolutely love Banoffee pie.
