Working whilst off on sick . . .

I wasn't sure where to post this but thought more people would read it on here (especially as it's so quiet here tonight).
Basically our next door neighbour has been off work for around a year because of frozen shoulder, yet she has been carrying on doing her 'Avon' job! She sometimes gets her son to help her deliver the goods to people but I can't help thinking she shouldn't be allowed to be earning from this 'self employed' job whilst she's getting sick pay.
Is is an offence and if so, who could we contact to dob her in? We'd rather remain anonymous.
Thanks

Do you even know if she is still employed by the company? after a year off sick they may have let her go. Most benefits you can claim will allow you to earn a small amount of cash without having to declare it, I should imagine the amount earned from Avon would be below that.
