Does anyone know where this week's Viewfinder is, please?

"This state capital is dwarfed by a more famous neighbour, but has a wealth of historic sites and natural attractions. On an inlet named after a Britishh sailor, it is close to several national parks and one of the country's highest mountains. As an antidote to all that fresh-air fun, it was a centre for a 1990s underground feminist punk movement"

Is it Seattle?

Many thanks in advance, Chox.
