old welsh song

My grandma used to sing a song in Welsh which began "Gwennol,gwennol (which is "swallow" I think),and also had the words "Dri dros y mor" in it which I think means over the sea? Anybody out there heard of it? I would love to know its origins and the full set of lyrics.
