I have just received the above mobile phone brand new, and already have a problem - I can't access my 'contacts' list - it is there when I send a msg and have to select a recipient, and the phone is recognising callers from the list, but if I put 'names' on a shortcut key, or go to menu>contacts>names, I push the button and NOTHING happens! Is this a fault or have I stupidly blocked off my contacts list? If so how do I make this damn phone work!! Ta!

Are your contacts stored on the phone itself, or on the sim card? When you know this, look in phonebook options and choose whether you want the default list to browse to be from the sim card or the phone.
