Who should start in goal for England vs. Algeria?
29 Answers
After Rob Green let in a howler on Saturday night, do you think his starting place should be given to David James or Joe Hart?
Or would it be better for the team on a whole if Capello was to show confidence in the West Ham man?

Goalkeepers don't always save sometimes the ball goes by them. England have played ONE match and because America equalised, the blame had to be placed on someone so why not blame the poor Goalie who is under enough bloody pressure as is! Give the guy a chance for fudge sake!
Rob Green for me. Been pretty consistent throughout his England career so far...
Joe Hart is a promising keeper but needs more games at international level.
David James fit enough nowadays as a "back-up".
The fact is, that we don't have an English "World Class" goalkeeper. For many years we did (Banks, Shilton, Clemence, Seaman). Joe Hart may get there, and I reckon there's more to come from Ben Foster.
Keepers are struggling in all the WC matches so far. Puts Green's error into some perspective....
