I've owned this answerphone for some time, but during moving to several places I haven't used it. I'm now settled, and the phone works I can make and receive calls. But the time date is wrong and I dont know how to change it (I'm not that technical at all). What does OGM CODE and record OGM mean? Sorry thick as too planks. Any help would be appreciated.

ogm means outgoing message - the message you record to play when it answers. Hmmm the code would still be on its factory settings which are often 0's but could be any number if they've decided to be awkward. If you get stuck try searching for downloadable instrustions, or if you're like me, forget the answer phone as it saves a fortune not having to ring people back :0)

We're with BT so we just opted into the 1571 service, makes our answerphone facility somewhat obsolete!
