My mate sent an email to me once which insinuated (in a sniggery sort of way) that I'd had to sleep with this bloke in order to get this particular thing done. Trouble is, the rest of the chain had included him and she just hit "reply to all" - she got a very cool reply about inappropriateness from the bloke concerned!
