I've yet to see a Gigabyte board at the top of anyone's recommended list.
Read professional reviews such as those contained on this site before you start spending that sort of money.

I am beggining to build a really fast pc which can be used for high 3d gaming, and multi-tasking. I think i will use a pentium 4 with HT technology at 3.2GHZ. Is this good? thanks
Bluegreenash This was a link to Toms Hardware. I share your views on Asus and would also add Soyo and Soltek as my favourites list.
Mattie I'm not decrying Gigabyte boards, yours appears to have done you proud, but they are not the bees knees in the modern market.
Cherrybomb That looks like a smashing board but it appears to only support AMD CPU's whereas Reload seems determined to waste the extra hard-earned cash on a Pentium.
Reload. Ultimately its your choice but personally I would base a fast games machine on a dual-core AMD CPU and pick the best Mobo to suit.
