Wee smells of metal...???

Hello lovely AB people!

This one is for a friend, not me (for a change I hear you all shout!)

My mate's wee smells of metal - she has felt sick for a couple of days and had some diarrhoea.

I've googled it and it says it might be cystitis or a UTI?

Anyone have any other suggestions please

Suggest a trip to the doc on Monday, unless she has a walk-in centre handy - prescription may be necessary?

she could aske her GP. ive never heard of cystitis causing diarrhoea or sickness.

She's just told me she's been havin sweats as well...?

She is 54 and has been goin thro the menopause for months now, but this is different to symptoms of that.
