I had recently met a girl on a nite out and went home with her, on leaving to go home her ex partner was waiting for me and then started shooting shots at at me with a handgun. Luckly i didnt get hurt. He has been arrested and it still in custody. He has a previous records to do with guns aswell. Just wanted to know what the likly punishment would be? Thanks
