Hi

Can anyone tell me if the by law in Blackpool, Lancs is still in force that relates to hoteliers encoraching on their neighbours guests.
I was told that there used to be a law about this and not sure if it is still in force.

encroaching or encouraging? I assume the former, but still do not have a clue how an hotelier would encroach on their neighbours guests.

Perhaps they mean they lean over the fence and say you can bed here for £10 less a nioght? I don't know. The question setter needs to explain what she means.
