dont most teams cheat, one team even claim to have won the world cup with 2 hotly disputed goals, one didn´t cross the line, and the other was offside, so i´ve heard

That was down to the referee.

Geoff Hurst didn't go out of his way to kick the ball off the crossbar, and down onto the line.

That Chilean player did go out of his way, when there was a minor, light touch from the Swiss player, to throw himself on the ground as if he'd been hit by a train.
