Poor baby has back teeth through first, anyone else had this?

Well he's been upset all weekend and yesterday I noticed he had a tooth through at the back and today the other side is almost through as well. He is just 6mths and in over 14 years of me looking after babies I have never known the back teeth come through before the front. Has anyone else's poor babies had to suffer this?
prev I am desperately searching for a knitting pattern for a childs bolero or shrug - can anyone help? Also is there such a thing as a free knitting pattern on the internet? Can only find really duff ones!

My son's front teeth came through almost immediately after he was born, followed by the back teeth very shortly afterwards. Then he got all his permanent teeth really young. Don't worry tigwig our dentist told us that there is a link between intelligence and cutting teeth really early!!!
