I recently received a text message from a normal mobile number asking me if I wanted to sign into a contract for a new phone etc.  I was told to text either 'yes' or 'no' depending on whether or not I was interested.  A couple of hours later I received a message in my Browser Inbox (??).  I don't even know what this is but it says Free Ringtone from: 195.74.152.84.  Does anyone know how I can find out who's sent me this without connecting via my phone?  Apparently, I've been charged 1.50 for the first message and my mobile phone company have confirmed that I've never done anything to subsribe.  They even credited my account with 10.  However, It's not really their responsibility so I'd like to find out who's responsible for these messages.  I don't want to connect via my mobile as I suspect it's going to cost me.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can you help?
