Hi, can anyone help me here. We live part of the year in Spain and my partner and I both own houses in the UK, usually rent them out but leave one of them so that we can use it ourselves in the winter. We are now considering buying another property between us to rent out but what will be the implications of CGT when we come to sell? Thanks
