fair play to you for sticking with it. I think a lot of the time these places make it so hard for you that most people just dont persist with it.I had issue with currys too I had my samsung tv just over a year and the picture went when I rang currys was told its out of warranty Id have to pay for it to be repaired little did she know I had been on to a consumer affairs expert (in ireland a little different) so I knew that was irrelevant she passed me of to samsung call centre who tried the same thing but I was having none of it tv was collected and a new screen fitted free of charge!feels good doesnt it!!
