Canon printer cartridge refills
7 Answers
I used to have an HP printer that knew when refill cartridges were being used because, even though it reckoned that they aligned, printouts would be double imaged; only with their own brand was the output ok.
Now I have a Canon Pixma MP270 printer and the time for replacing the first pair of cartridges is fast approaching.
Has anyone had problems with refill cartridges for this particular model or for Canon printers in general?

We've just replaced all the cartridges in our Canon MP600 printer. We've had refils before, but when my hubby looked in Cartridge World, the price of proper Canon cartridges was about the same as refils. We bought the proper ones and they are better than the refils.

I don't have a cannon but have an HP printer, but I always use these as the prices are very reasonable.

The trouble is that I tend to be pessimistic so that I think along the lines of "if something's wrong with what I get then it's far easier to take it back to a shop than having to repackage it and send it off to wherever".
However I have overcome that way of thinking when buying DVDs online (simply because they are not available in the shops) without any problems so far; maybe I'll take the next step soon.
Thanks all for the replies.
