I have some fennel but I can't remember how..........

to cook it. I've had it once before with some rabbit but I can't for the life of me remember how I cooked it.
My recipe books just have recipes for thinly sliced fennel in salads and a stir fry. Having chicken today thought I might use it up somehow, Ive had it for about 2 weeks in the salad drawer.

You can roast it along with other veg., cut it into chunks and steam it, just treat it like other root veg.

Thanks boxy I never thought of fish, we could have had some with the salmon. I'll remember that for next week's fish lunch.
