If in an ideal world ( and honest ) and the german goalkeeper had owned up to cheating as he must have known the ball was in and the decision was given so we were 2 - 2. Do you think we actually could have got our act together and played how we know they can and would have won . Out of sheer madness am now going to back Ghana, at least they appear to be enjoing themselves. Lets hope Murray does better at tennis .Hope the weekend has not been totally rough for all of you. in honesty lottie, england have not played well since the warm up games and even before that in the qualifiers, we won but the quality of play was not there, we just never got started.

we were lucky to get as far as we did in my opinion, hopefully this big loss will give the side something to work on before the euro qualifiers.

Yes i have to be honest and agree with you. I watched the 1966 win no comparison. Am now going to drown sorrows with some good whisky night to all
