Cleaning tool for bath

Can anyone remember the Avon Bath Cleaner? It has a plastic handle you fill with liquid cleaner & a round sponge/scourer head (like a washing up sponge).
I still have mine & it is the best tool I've ever had to get all round the bath's curves without having to get on your kness or get your hands wet.
Trouble is, the sponge end is just about on it's last legs & I wonder if replacements are still available anywhere? My Avon lady has never seen one!!

Yes, it is a similar idea as the photo, but mine is all white with a large round sponge & non stick type scratchy face & the handle curves near the head .
Many thanks for your information. I will wait & see if anyone else can suggest a replacement head, before buying your suggestion.
