............... Flying?

About 25-30 years ago there were a bunch of people who featured on the news. They used to sit on the ground with their legs and arms crossed and sort of launch themselves forwards from their rear ends. It was describes as '............ Flying'. Can anyone remember the missing word?
I promise it wasn't a Monty Python stunt!

There was a bloke who used to do "An Audience with Dr Douglas Baker", & out of curiosity, my hubby & I went to see him at a local theatre.
What a load of tosh & piffle he talked, but most of the audience were agog at his theories, which included using your 3rd eye & Yogic flying .
My hubby challenged him to do a demonstration of both the techniques but we were 'helped' to leave by his assistants.
There were numerous books for sale in the foyer, all written by him, which seemed to be of great interest to his audience, & no doubt proved a lucrative income for Dr Baker. You will no doubt gather that we were not among the purchasers !!
