Hi All

My printer has just stopped working, the light is on so its not faulty, how do I update the drivers?

Unlikely to be the drivers unless youlve changed something. Have you checked your cartridge as my HP just stops if the ink runs out

Click on Start>Programs>(name of printer)Manual>On Screen Manual>Troubleshooting............and go from there.
