sorry, I wasn't at home at the time.
I was repeating history in a spooky way.
In 1966 I was on a train from Bristol to Liverpool on my way home to Glasgow from Scout Camp, I was 11, and we were listening to the game on a transistor radio. England were playing Germany, wearing their red shirts, one team scored 4 goals and there was a dodgy decision about a ball crossing/not crossing the line, with the decision down to an Eastern European offcial.
On Sunday I was driving home from Scout Camp, listening to the game on the radio, England were playing Germany, wearing their red shirts, one team scored 4 goals and there was a dodgy decision about a ball crossing/not crossing the line, with the decision down to an Eastern European offcial.
How much is it worth for me not to be comming home from Scout camp in 2014?
