Tonight so far...

Bad haircut... How difficult is it to cut a layered bob with wispy bits on the side and a fringe?! I'm still waiting for my straigteners to be delivered so can't wash the bloody thing and re-style in an attempt to hide the carnaga and in any case I forgot to buy hairspray. Can't find the shower hat I know I own.

Look for dark red nail varnish, paint fingers every colour of dark red from various ranges and clearly some manufaturers have issues telling dark pink or purple from dark red.

Decide to make a healthy version of tuna pasta rather than buy a ready made... Forget cheese, come home and nearly out of pasta, have no squeezy garlic paste and use a bit too much pesto in the creme fresh which I am now realising should probably have been fromage frais.

Decide to have the beer that's left over in the fridge from man hostages visit to drown (well water down a little) my sorrows. Can not find bottle opener.

Do you know, I think I've reached new levels of grumpiness even for me!
