Town or Country

Lived in a town all my life but now feel like I want to move to the country.

where do you live, and are you happy there?

AYG, some lovely places in Yorkshire, Dorset is nice, I've been to Weymouth many times, lovely area.

Grew up in london, lived in small town in essx for a couple of years, short walk to fields and Crouch estuary, back to London, then Birmingham first a bit more central now nearer the edge, farms about 10 mins walk away,, love the coast though so ideally woud like to live in a smallish town by the sea with the countryside within walking distance... preferably in good birding territory.... Have visited Suffolk and North Yorkshire coast a couple of times that was good also Welsh coast,,,, but one thing i have found out of everywhere I have been in the UK Brummies are by a mile the most friendly and daft ( in a nice way) folk...I really like it here just too far from the sea.... Have a feeling housemate and I will retire to Borth or Aberystwyth though as she loves the area and Aber is big enough for shopping etc
