I did what you said Dot and everything has gone through. You were right it was much easier than the new form. Unfortunately at my age it took me a bit of time but will be better next time. This is only the second time I have used my credit card as I always pay cheque or cash.Thanks again

Excellent, you should have the certificate through in about 5 days, they are quite quick now that the prices have gone up, they aren't quite as busy.
