Laws on Airrifles

Hi, I know that you have to buy an airrilfe face to face in the UK nowadays, but if I where to order from an american website would I still be able to get one?

Im not to sure about the law atm and wonder if i ordered it online if it would be delivered to my house or confiscated??

You'd also wan't to check the power.

If it's over 12ft lbs in power or is run from something like a cO2 cartridge you need a firearms certificate

its a new powerplant used to fire the pellets and uses a gas piston i think.

Here is an url to the website and how do I go around obtaining a firearms liscence? I'm only asking that because i currently own a crosman ratcatcher that uses a gas cartridge powerplant. How much do they cost anyways?

You can arrange to have it delivered to your nearest gunshop,with their permission,they may charge a fee for this service though,I know this to be correct because I was going to do this until I actually saw the rifle I wanted in a gunshop,then you need ID to buy even face to face.Check the power because jake-the-peg is correct in what he says.

So, let me get this straight, if i buy a firearms certificate or a Co-Terminus Certificate I would be able to purchase an airgun or a concealed CO2 pistol if I do it through a gun shop?

It's not a question of just buying a firearms cert as I'm sure you know - there are a lot of checks and rules on where and how you can use it.
