No Info on LG 7-day EPG TV guide.

We have an LG 32" TV with 7-day guide on it. However most of the time if you look forward more than a couple of hours most of the channels show No Information. We leave the TV plugged in 24 hours a day 7 days a week so and the software update is turned on so I'm not sure why this happens. We've got a Panasonic DVD recorder with freeview which also has a 7-day guide which works properly but with this you can only see the name of the programme but not any information about it. Does anyone know how to solve the problem with the LG TV 7-day guide?

Some freeview boards have a software setting choice of short programme guide or 7-day guide. Check that.
Failing that, do a full reload of channels with antenna UNPLUGGED.
When finished and found nothing, reconnect antenna and do another full search.
Check again.

Do you mean do a channel scan with the aerial unplugged then rescan for channels with the aerial in? The thing is I'm getting a 70% reading on signal quality which I feel is quite good and the DVD player is using the same aerial as the TV.

Yes .. Do that first of all.
What model is LG TV?

It's a 32LG3000. The thing is it is not always the case 100% of the time. There are times when it works grand for all channels and times when you can see the info for certain channels, then other times when you can't see any info beyond a couple of hours for any channels.

Then I think you may have fluctuating signal, nearby interference or reflection, or are experiencing main tx changes.
What main transmitter are you on?

Not sure. I think it's from around Limavady in Northern Ireland.
