3 Answers
Hi,
The question is regarding a very big computer company where we have to work unsocial hours 5 days a month.
we only get payed extra if we work 5 days unsocial hours shifts a month (each shift beeing 12 hours).
and the pay is very very poor.
my question is simple, Is this leagal and what is the rate for unsocial hours?

I can't see anything on the dot.gov web pages that says there is a 'legal' amount you should be paid for unsociable hours but have a look for yourself http://www.direct.gov.../Employment/index.htm
