Although, your Rule 5 might eliminate that one. Leave milk floats alone. We've just started having our milk delivered again, after squiggly years of buying from the Robber Barons at Tesco et al. It's cheaper, fresher, and much less packaging waste. Ban JCB's and HGV's from certain other countries instead.
