No cough, no chest pain, no extreme shortness of breath, no blood in sputum, then this vibration doesn't sound a big deal to me.

Shouldn't worry your GP for the next month, anyway.

I do have a cough but not troublesome, a slight chest pain, and aways short of breath due to COPD.
Im not medically minded but I do work in a hospital, and see a lot of things. If your chest pain doesnt go away or gets worse, get to your doc or out of hours GP and get checked. These sort of things short be caught early on.

Yes, I think I`d better see the `doc` as with prostate cancer, COPD,diebetes, heart disease, I`d better not take chances with something else. `Er` indoors` will only keep on and on until I do. Thanks to sqad and your good self.
Vibration in the lung is usually just a sign of pooled phlegm. Have you been taught effective coughing technique?

It works if you do it right! I was taught this technique by my respiratory therapist and it has been of great help.

I have just returned from seeing the GP and he has diagnosed Pleurisy and has put me on Clarithromycin, an anti-biotic, so a visit was well worth it.
Oh yes pleurisy needs nipping in the bud pronto, good job you went. Get well soon.

Mamy & Greedy, thankyou. I had a sleep this afternoon and I awoke two hours later soaked to the skin with sweat and felt as if I had had it, so I did a blood test and the reading was 2.2 which for a diebetic `ain`t` good. Do you think the `anti`s` caused it to go so low?
