want to learn cake decorating and sugarcraft/chocolatiere work

HIya

I a lookinf for a skilled cake decorator and also chocolatiere to teach me and my husband these skills. I find the idea of a classroom rather scarey at present deue to recovery from disability so looking to learn on an informal basis.

What you might find enjoyable is a holiday with a cake decorating course. They're fun and enjoyable and usually only four or five 'guests' are present.

I did a one day cup cake decorating course. It is realy fun and is more informal than 'real teaching'. They also do 'proper' decorating and novelty cake decorating courses.

They often do them at the local techs.

The one I did cost £15 which isn't too bad. I did however pay over £70 or all the gumpf that went with it lol

there arent any short courses near me but i will look into the holiday thing though, sounds really good.
