If your supervision was part of a Community Order (i.e. not the requirement of a Suspended Sentence order) then commission of this latest offence is not a breach of that order. However, the fact that you are under supervision will aggravate the latest offence and possibly lead to a higher sentence.
If your supervision was imposed as part of a Suspended Sentence order, them the suspended sentence may be activated as a result of your latest offence.
